If they arent exactly useful for large zed killing and inferior to trash cleanup what is the point in even having them in the game?īecause while other perks had a high killing potential of scrakes. Swats are better, they can carry 3 bullet hose weapons with tons of ammo and resists.Ĭommandos are better, great high rof weapons and they can see stalkers. You are much better actually picking off the smaller zeds with the m14 and staying away/running away from Large zeds and ironically letting classes like commandos and supports wear them down.And even at trash cleanup: Even stunning them with a cross bow, (when the shots actually REGISTERS) and then following it up with M14 spam does not quickly eliminate these enemies, and once it becomes unstunned or unfrozen good luck getting follow up headshots as he charges you or your team mates spamming the aoe chainsaw attack.

The only reliable means of taking out a scrake is to freeze it, Hope your grenade actually hits him as hit reg in this game is abysmal sometimes then Spam the everloving CRAP out of its head.and usually even 10+ headshots doesnt seem to be enough to drop them in one pass. What exactly is the point in taking this class over pretty much any other available class? In KF1 this was the big guy killer, Scrakes? Fleshpounds? Those annoying husks shelling you from a distance? I got you fam, You just handle the trash zeds while i line up the big one.It had a lot of solid reliable weapons for knocking out scrakes in a few rounds, even the humble lever action could chain stun them and set them up for Combos such as the M14 spam or even a few Deagles to the head.
